Force Elite Wrestling Club has amassed several state titles, and countless individual accomplishments since it's founding in 2006 by CEO and Head Coach Joseph Arquilla.

What is Force Elite Wrestling?
Force Elite Wrestling is a non-profit youth sports organization and member of the “PAAC”, Plainfield Athletic Advisory Council.
Associated with USA Wrestling and the IKWF (Illinois Kids Wrestling Foundation).
Founded by dedicated and committed members who’s vision is to develop a program that focuses on the Individual growth of each wrestler.

Who is the Head Coach?
Head coach – Joe Arquilla brings over 25 years of wrestling and coaching experience. He is a graduate of Concordia University. He had spent 8 years coaching at the High School level at both St. Joe’s and Morton East, and the past 12 years with the IKWF.

Who can join Force Elite Wrestling?
Enrollment is open to age 5 to 8th grade. Anyone can join reguardless of school districts. One does not need to live in Plainfield to join.

Where will practices be held?
Practices will be held at both Joliet Catholic Academy and Plainfield East High School.

When does the season start?
Registration information for the season will be available on our website. We will have an official registration night in September / October. The wrestling practices will begin in November. The tournaments (official start of the season) will be early December and will run through March.

What are your program details and philosophies?
– Bantam (8 years old and under), focus is on teaching the fundamentals of the sport and making sure each child has a good experience.
• Practices will be only 1 ½ hours
• Dual meets to be scheduled for the kids to get mat time in lieu of Sunday tournaments
• Individual focus
– Midget (9-10 years old), more advanced moves introduced, while reviewing and solidifying the fundamentals.
• Practices will range from 1 ½ - 2 hours
• Optional additional practice per week
• Individual or small group practice will be available on off days
– Novice (11-12 years old) and Senior (13-14 years old), strong focus on preparing these wrestlers to compete in the IKWF state tournament and for the 8th graders preparing
them to compete at the High School level.
• Practices will range from 1 ½ - 2 hours
• Optional additional practice per week
• Individual or small group practice will be available on off days

Additional Information
• Clinicians will be brought in throughout the season to give wrestlers a wide range of coaching methods
• Continuous evaluations will take place throughout the season
– Force Elite focuses on individual growth while maintaining team cohesiveness and competitiveness
– Structured practices which build upon the fundamentals for each division
– Progress notifications to be communicated to parents and wrestlers throughout the season
– Setting, monitoring, and executing individual wrestler goals, as well as team goals

Tournaments and Competitions
• A list of tournaments will be identified at the beginning of the season
• All weekly tournaments are optional
• Dual Meets will be scheduled throughout the season. These can be attended in lieu of weekly tournaments
• Coaching Staff will determine in advance which tournament is in the best interest of each wrestler
• Accommodations will be made for any conflicts or issues that may arise
• Wrestlers and parents will know in advance which tournament is felt best suited for them
• Need commitment from wrestler 1 week prior to tournament in order to wrestle.
